Project Manager
Status: Full Time
Location: Remote
The Project Manager position entails overseeing various aspects of project execution. Responsibilities include project planning, team management, budget and timeline supervision, risk management, communication facilitation, quality assurance, scope management, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, documentation maintenance, and project closure. The role demands at least six years of relevant work experience, professional licensure in California, and OSHA health and safety training. The Project Manager should be prepared for fieldwork and travel, possess a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record. A bachelor's degree in geology or related field is required, with a master's degree considered a plus. The ideal candidate should excel in interpersonal communication, team leadership, task prioritization, and problem-solving.
