Project Manager

Status: Full Time

Location: In-Office

The Project Manager position entails overseeing various aspects of project execution. Responsibilities include project planning, team management, budget and timeline supervision, risk management, communication facilitation, quality assurance, scope management, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, documentation maintenance, and project closure. The role demands at least six years of relevant work experience, professional licensure in California, and OSHA health and safety training. The Project Manager should be prepared for fieldwork and travel, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record. A bachelor’s degree in geology or related field is required, with a master’s degree considered a plus. The ideal candidate should excel in interpersonal communication, team leadership, task prioritization, and problem-solving.

Administrative Assistant

Status: Part Time/Full Time

Location: In-Office

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our mission of advancing environmental sustainability through exceptional operational and client services. This versatile role involves managing executive calendars, travel, correspondence, and office operations; coordinating projects and events; supporting marketing efforts including social media, website updates, and content creation; assisting with accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking; and maintaining vendor, client, and CRM records. The ideal candidate has at least three years of administrative or executive support experience, outstanding organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, and familiarity with marketing, CRM, and accounting software. A bachelor’s degree, valid driver’s license, and ability to work flexibly are required, with part-time hours and potential to grow into full-time.
