PEnterprise Consulting Services (“PEnterprise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through www.penterprise.org, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. Plain English. Who we are

What we collect

We collect only the information you give us directly, plus a small amount of standard analytics data our website generates automatically.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site — such as our contact form, a lead magnet download form, or a strategy conversation request — we collect the specific fields you complete. These typically include: name, email address, role or title, transaction stage, company name, and any message content you provide. We do not ask for financial information, government IDs, or health information, and we do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

Information collected automatically. Our website records standard web analytics: pages viewed, session duration, referring source, approximate geographic region derived from your IP address, browser type, and device type. This is collected through Google Site Kit / Google Analytics.

Email engagement. If you subscribe to our lead magnet warm sequence or newsletter, our email service provider (currently MailerLite) records opens, clicks, and unsubscribes so we know whether the content is being read.

How we use it

We use the information collected to:

Deliver the specific lead magnet, download, or resource you requested.
Send a limited follow-up sequence — typically three emails over ten days — related to the resource you downloaded.
Contact you about a strategy conversation, engagement scoping, or advisory opportunity if you request one or if we determine one may be relevant to your inquiry.
Understand which content and pages are useful so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Legal basis (for readers in the EU / UK)

For visitors in jurisdictions covered by the GDPR or equivalent, our legal bases for processing your personal data are: (1) your consent, given when you submit a form, and (2) our legitimate interest in following up on inquiries directly related to your submission.

Who we share your information with

We share information only with the service providers that operate our site and our follow-up process:

Google (Analytics / Site Kit) — anonymized web analytics.
MailerLite — email delivery for lead magnets and follow-up sequences.
Google Calendar (Appointment Schedules) — booking of strategy conversations. Only your name, email, and any message you submit through the booking page is transferred.
Website hosting (10Web) — standard server logs.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing what it does with the data it processes on our behalf.

How long we keep your information

Inquiry and form-submission data: retained for as long as is reasonably useful to follow up on your inquiry. If we determine there is no ongoing follow-up, we delete or archive the record within 24 months.
Email list membership: retained until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribe, your email is retained for 30 days for suppression-list compliance purposes and then deleted.
Website analytics: retained per Google Analytics defaults (currently 14 months).

You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing information@penterprise.org.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:

Access — request a copy of what we hold about you.
Correction — ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
Deletion — ask us to delete your information.
Portability — ask us to send your information to you or another provider in a machine-readable format.
Unsubscribe — every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed from any list.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, in addition to the rights above, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, the categories of sources it comes from, the categories of third parties we share it with, and the purposes for which we use it. You also have the right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Our site uses a minimal number of cookies:

Necessary cookies — required for the site and its capture forms to function.
Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics / Site Kit to help us understand aggregate traffic patterns.

Children

Our site and services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor in error, email information@penterprise.org and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information we hold, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on our administrative systems. No system is fully secure — if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you consistent with applicable law.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we will change the effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email or post a prominent notice on the site.
